How to take up temporary employment in Poland?

- Starting the job: After signing the contract, the employee starts working for the user employer, while still formally employed by the temporary employment agency in Poland.
Rights and duties of a temporary employee:
- Salary and working conditions: The temporary worker has the right to receive a salary at least equal to that of employees directly hired by the user employer for the same position. The user employer is obligated to provide temporary employees with the same working conditions as permanent employees, including access to social facilities.
- Holiday leave: The temporary employee acquires the right to vacation leave proportionally to the length of time worked.
- Health and safety: The user employer is responsible for providing safe working conditions for the temporary employee and for training them in health and safety regulations.
Termination of temporary employment in Poland:
